Those of high quality (not previously published and not under consideration for publication in another journal) will be published without delay. No publication charges are to be paid for qualitative manuscript and normal publication process.

• REVIEW OR RESEARCH PAPER HAVING SOME NOVELTY, CREATIVITY AND VERY HIGH IMPACT OR BASED ON SOME INNOVATIVE IDEA WILL BE PUBLISHED WITH 100% WAIVING OF FEES.
• REVIEW OR RESEARCH PAPER HAVING MEDIUM IMPACT WILL BE PUBLISHED WITH PROCESSING CHARGES [1000 INR OR 50 USD], in this case all the submitted papers will be published only after successful payment of publishing charges.
• IN CASE OF U.G., P.G. STUDENTS OR RESEARCH SCHOLARS :- REVIEW OR RESEARCH PAPER HAVING MEDIUM IMPACT WILL BE PUBLISHED WITH 50 %  WAIVING OF ACTUAL PROCESSING CHARGES [500 INR OR 25 USD], in this case all the submitted papers will be published only after successful payment of publishing charges. 
• REVIEW OR RESEARCH PAPER HAVING SOME MEDIUM IMPACT WILL BE PUBLISHED WITH 100% WAIVING OF FEES OR FREE OF COST WITH NORMAL TRACK MODE [MAY NEED TIME APPROX OR OVER 30 DAYS FOR PUBLICATIONS AFTER SUBMISSION] .

Note that , ASIO  needs to bear the expenses of production and maintenance costs by collecting article Processing charges (APC) from author, authors' institutes or research funding bodies.  

We have kept very low APC so that authors, authors’ institutes or research funding bodies can handle the publication fees.
